What You\'ll Do:
Criteo is in search of a detail-oriented Campaign Manager in India to join our commercial team supporting our Australia business. You will manage a book of business, ensuring we recognize as much revenue from those IOs as possible, all while balancing the client\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives. You will work with both business stakeholders, ensuring we are delivering a world-class client experience, as well as working with technical teams to surface and solve problems.
This role supports our Pacific business and work hours will be between 6 am to 3 pm IST.
Ensuring we spend as much of the campaign\xe2\x80\x99s booked revenue as possible by working with the account strategists team in Australia
Optimizing campaigns and proposing strategies to help meet or exceed the customer\'s performance goals
Provide analysis and reporting to supplement those strategic recommendations
Monitoring the health of your book of campaigns, and working with the technical services team to troubleshoot issues
Run weekly status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies
Provide analysis and supporting materials for the preparation of WIP and customer quarterly business reports
Who You Are:
3-4 years experience in campaign management
A flexible and quick-thinking individual able to troubleshoot both within the team and outside of the team
A self-motivated individual willing to think outside the box & role to generate results and growth for the team
Understand how to prioritize and handle multiple projects of varying importance, deadlines, and complexity at any given time
Ability to work with and across multiple teams of varying focus including \xe2\x80\x93 Sales, Account Management, Sales Operations, Product, AdOps, Technical Services
Ability to work in a fast-moving company and industry
Experience in digital ad operations or QA at a publisher, an ad tech company, an ad agency, or an ad network
