Campaign Manager for a leading D2C marketplace
Hiring on behalf of a leading D2C marketplace, a Digital First 'House of Brands' venture in the Fashion & Lifestyle space !
Job Position : Campaign Manager (1 for Google Ads, 1 for Fb Ads , 1 for website & 1 for marketplace )
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and drive revenue
- Execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
- Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
- Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
- Shape and communicate the vision and mission behind the company-wide program
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
- Conceptualize campaigns with an end-to-end execution in mind
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Manages all marketing programs around key campaigns, which includes social, advertising, print, promotions
- Strategize and continuously improvise the existing campaigns to deliver more. Drive innovation in communication and execution
- Manage and execute the integrated communication plan based on marketing guidelines and business objectives.
- Lead engagement initiatives across different markets and personas
- Lead generation through different mediums; funnel construct and nurturing and sales enablement and support for enterprise sales' requirement
- Continuously measure and report KPI and ROI of all activities and programs carried out, based on ROI outcome, drive spend optimization.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience building marketing campaigns on various social media platforms
- Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and creative
- Strong familiarity with digital marketing and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent copyrighting
- Comfortable in high pressure and dynamic work environments
- Experience with start-ups and agency is preferred
- Creative, solutions-oriented thinker
