Job Responsibilities: This role will be responsible to lead teams that design and execute successful marketing campaigns. This person will manage the strategic and executional goals for card organizational goal. They will interact and partner with other teams to explore and execute A/B testing opportunities. The focus with each campaign will be to utilize their interpersonal skills to coordinate with operational groups across the partners (internal business units as well as external cobrand partners), and stakeholders of the Card Services teams to ensure that resources are aligned to the top priorities They will identify and partner on opportunities to improve process, develop efficiencies, and deliver results, while ensuring regulatory compliance. Manage a team of E2E campaign testers and content indication reviews. Understand various work flows and work with product/technology teams to implement efficient work flow tools. Job Qualifications, Skills & Capabilities:


  • 10+ years of campaign management, execution, campaign analytics. Strong knowledge of process identification, finding efficiency, and understanding how and what to automate
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership. Develops strong partnerships; leads through collaboration; recognized as a team player
  • Driven to take initiative, influence others, and achieve results. Experience in working on credit card marketing execution and creating efficiencies
  • Has experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously within deadlines
  • Understanding of business P&L and marketing\'s contribution toward business growth. Working experience in a strong control environment for execution of processes. Strong working experience in Agile environment and tools
  • Proven ability to lead and function effectively in a matrix organization.Experience in working with global stakeholders across marketing, technology and campaign managers
  • Bachelor\'s / Master Degree required / Preferred credit card / financial services experience preferred
