Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller at ElysianService Leverage. The Caller will be responsible for providing comprehensive customer support services including handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries and complaints, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication skills Strong listening and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using call center technology and software Attention to detail and accuracy in recording customer information Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
