Provide information and support: Answer customer questions about products, services, and company policies, offering solutions and guidance. Resolve complaints and issues: Identify customer needs, troubleshoot problems, and work towards satisfactory resolutions, escalating when necessary. Document interactions: Maintain detailed records of all customer conversations and actions taken in a call center database or CRM system. Upsell and promote: Identify and seize opportunities to sell additional products or services to customers. Meet targets: Achieve personal and team goals related to customer satisfaction, call volume, and resolution rates.
