Call Center Executive

Job Description

Customer Interaction:

Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Answer customer questions about the menu, ingredients, and daily specials. Assist customers in making choices and suggestively sell menu items. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

Order Management:

Receive and accurately record food and beverage orders from customers. Use a point-of-sale (POS) system to input orders and manage transactions. Repeat the order to the customer to ensure accuracy. Relay orders efficiently and accurately to the kitchen staff.

Payment Processing:

Process customer payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Maintain accurate cash register balances and reconcile daily transactions.

Kitchen & Service Coordination:

Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time. Assist with order fulfillment by packaging food and ensuring readiness for pickup.

Workplace Maintenance:

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the counter area and workspace. Ensure that condiments, utensils, and other necessary supplies are stocked and readily available.

Compliance & Teamwork:

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest health. Collaborate effectively with other team members to provide efficient service.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
