Call Center Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients in a professional and empathetic manner Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments Provide accurate information about hospital services, doctors, procedures, and timings Address patient queries, concerns, and complaints effectively Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure seamless patient support Maintain accurate call records and patient information in the system Follow hospital protocols, service standards, and data confidentiality policies Support follow-up calls and patient reminders as required
Language Requirements

Fluency in

Tamil, English, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, and Gujarati

(spoken) Ability to understand and respond clearly to patients in multiple languages
Required Qualifications

Any Graduate / Diploma / Higher Secondary qualification Prior experience in a call centre, hospital, or healthcare setup preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
