Call Center Executive

Job Description

Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a friendly and professional demeanor. Resolve customer issues promptly and accurately by identifying solutions and appropriate responses. Provide information about products or services, taking orders, and processing returns. Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure their needs are met. Document all call information, interactions, and steps taken in detailed records. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure high customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Represent the company in a courteous and professional manner during all customer interactions. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Proven customer service experience, preferably in a BPO setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficient in relevant computer applications and call center systems.
