Customer Interaction

: Answer/make calls, emails, chats; provide info, troubleshoot issues, process orders/payments.

Issue Resolution

: Identify needs, resolve complaints, de-escalate situations calmly, follow up.

Data Management

: Accurately update customer records (CRM), log interactions, ensure data security.

Performance

: Meet KPIs for call volume, service levels, and customer satisfaction.

Process Improvement

: Report trends, suggest system/process enhancements, collaborate with other teams.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
