Handling complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Promoting services, generating leads, or processing orders.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate customer interaction logs and follow-ups.

Meeting Targets:

Achieving performance metrics like call handling time and resolution rates.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
