We're looking for a customer-first call center executive who can own inbound and outbound calls, drive resolutions, and deliver a smooth customer experience. This role is frontline, fast-paced, and impact-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls professionally and confidently
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within TAT
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems in real time
Follow communication scripts, SOPs, and escalation protocols
Coordinate with internal teams to close issues end-to-end
Meet daily/weekly call quality and productivity benchmarks
Ensure high customer satisfaction and brand representation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / HSC (12th pass)--freshers welcome
Strong verbal communication skills (English + Hindi / regional language)
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email)
Ability to work in evening/night shifts
Calm under pressure; zero attitude, high ownership
Experience
0-2 years in call center / customer support preferred
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
