Role Overview:


This role is all about delivering frictionless customer experience. You'll handle inbound calls, resolve queries quickly, and keep the system updated with accurate information.

Job Timing:


11:30 AM to 8:30 PM



Key Responsibilities:



Attend all incoming customer calls with clarity and professionalism. Provide quick, solution-driven responses to customer queries. Update call details and customer information in the system in real time. Maintain quality benchmarks and hit daily productivity targets. Highlight recurring issues or customer pain points to the team. Follow company guidelines around data accuracy and privacy.

Requirements:



Strong communication skills (Hindi/English preferred). Basic computer handling and comfort with CRM tools. Calm, patient, and able to handle customer pressure. Prior customer support experience is a bonus, not a must.

Work Environment:



Customer-centric, fast-moving setup. You'll work closely with support and ops for smooth coordination.

Pay: ?12,363.57 - ?15,000.00 per month
