Call Centre Executive
to be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure excellent service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle
incoming and outgoing customer calls
regarding orders, queries, and complaints.
Provide
guidance on food delivery
, menu details, and order status.
Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalate issues when required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through polite, professional, and solution-oriented communication.
Maintain performance metrics such as
call handling time, query resolution, and customer feedback scores
.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum
12th pass / Graduate
in any discipline.
Prior experience in
customer support/call centre
(preferred but not mandatory).
Strong
communication skills
in English, Hindi, and local language.
Ability to handle
customer complaints
with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).
Positive attitude, problem-solving approach.

Pay: ?11,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
