Job Summary:


We are looking for a

Telecaller (Call Center Executive)

to handle incoming and outgoing calls, resolve customer queries, and provide excellent customer support to enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle

inbound and outbound calls

professionally. Answer customer queries and provide

accurate information

. Maintain

customer records

and update the database regularly. Follow up on leads, customer requests, and complaints. Achieve daily/weekly

call targets

as assigned. Maintain

professional communication and service standards

.

Requirements:



Minimum

12th pass / Graduate

.

Good communication skills

in [Language/English/Hindi as applicable]. Basic knowledge of

computers and MS Office

.

Fresher or 0-1 year experience

in telecalling/call center preferred.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 per week
