  • To answer every call effectively for Restaurant table bookings and cancellations.
  • Taking feedback from the dined-in customers about foods and service and other criteria.
  • Attend to customer calls immediately with a zeal to help and always courteous and soft spoken,
  • To be able to coordinate with the operation team for bookings and cancellations
  • Adherence to the Quality of Calls and Procedures.
  • Should be able to understand the customers need and reply diligently.
  • Accomplishes all tasks within the proper time frame with 100% call backs.
  • Walks the extra mile to ensure satisfaction over and above the regular call of duty
  • Displays outstanding level of initiative with little or no supervision
  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and document guest issues and concerns or escalate/refer to appropriate individual.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher Salary: 911,000.00 - 916,000.00 per month Benefits:
