Answer emergency (102) calls from the public and healthcare providers, quickly assessing urgency.
Dispatch & Coordinate:
Determine the appropriate response (ambulance, other services) and dispatch resources, communicating with crews en route.
Information Management:
Accurately log patient details, location, symptoms, and actions taken in the dispatch system.
Calm & Reassure:
Maintain a calm demeanor to reassure callers and patients in high-stress situations.
Documentation:
Maintain detailed, accurate records of all interactions and actions.
Essential Skills & Qualities
Communication:
Excellent verbal skills, clear speaking voice, active listening.
Calm Under Pressure:
Ability to stay composed and think clearly in emergencies.
Problem-Solving:
Quick decision-making, good geographical knowledge.
IT Skills:

Requirements
Strong customer service focus.
Class 12th pass outs
Good Typing speed in English
Experience in call centers or healthcare is a plus.
