POST: Cafeteria executive/Restaurant executive Note: Candidates from hospitality/hotel industry experience holder are preferred. Location- Mumbai (Any site) Key Tasks and Activities:
- To manage overall operation of Cafeteria.
- Managing & monitoring day-to-day operations of the cafeteria including and not limited to F&B service.
- To support the customer for query.
- To ensure smooth functioning of operation of cafeteria.
- Quick decision maker.
- To make daily MIS & daily reporting to head office.
- Managing delivery SLAs and maximizing customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle conflict professionally
- Professional Conduct and respect for co-workers
- Additional regional language proficiency is a plus
