Prepare and cook meals according to the weekly menu.
Ensure all food items are cooked hygienically and safely.
Wash, clean, cut, and prepare ingredients as required.
Maintain cleanliness of the Canteen, cooking utensils, and equipment.
Monitor stock levels of raw materials and inform the HR for replenishments.
Serve food in an orderly and timely manner during meal times.
Maintain personal hygiene and adhere to all food safety standards.
Handle basic kitchen equipment like stove, ovens, cutters, mixers, etc.
Assist in receiving, checking, and storing canteen supplies.
Avoid wastage of food and ensure portion control.
Follow all canteen rules, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.
