Job Purpose



The Cafe Trainer is responsible for training cafe staff to ensure consistent service quality, food safety, operational excellence, and adherence to company SOPs. The role focuses on improving staff skills, productivity, customer experience, and compliance with brand standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development



Conduct induction and onboarding training for new cafe staff. Train employees on food & beverage preparation as per SOPs. Provide training on customer service, upselling, and guest handling. Conduct refresher training for existing staff to improve performance.

Operations & SOP Compliance



Ensure all staff follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Train staff on hygiene, food safety, FSSAI norms, and sanitation standards. Monitor adherence to recipes, portion control, and quality standards. Support smooth cafe operations during peak hours if required.

Quality & Performance Monitoring



Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback. Identify training gaps and recommend improvement plans. Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.

Coordination & Support



Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Store Managers. Assist in launching new menu items and process changes. Support audits, inspections, and internal evaluations.

Required Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of cafe operations and F&B service. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to train and motivate staff at all levels. Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Problem-solving and people-management skills.

Qualification & Experience



Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or related field (preferred). Minimum

2-4 years of experience

in cafe / restaurant operations. Prior experience as a Trainer / Supervisor / Team Leader is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



Training effectiveness and staff performance improvement. Reduction in customer complaints. SOP and hygiene compliance levels. Staff retention and skill enhancement.

Working Conditions



Willingness to travel between outlets (if applicable). Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
