KRA: Translating company\xe2\x80\x99s objectives in the region Ensure store compliance with company\xe2\x80\x99s operational procedures Lead, motivate & develop team to maximize profits Drive customer focus through service standards in area Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: \xc2\xa7 Excellent communication & influencing skill \xc2\xa7 Result oriented \xc2\xa7 Financial awareness & understanding of P&L \xc2\xa7 Ability to strategize & analyze reports \xc2\xa7 Sales & marketing orientation \xc2\xa7 Planning & organizational skills \xc2\xa7 Building & developing high performance team \xc2\xa7 Operating system & internet skills Qualifications: Exposure: \xc2\xa7 BHM graduate \xc2\xa7 2 - 4 years of experience in handling multiple F&B units ,Hotel /Hospitality \xc2\xa7 Retail or related industry exposure (KFC,MC Donald, Pizza Hut, Dominos/Pizza Corner/Any Hotels/Any Retail) Key Words: Steward/Captain/Store Manager/Store In charge/Shift Manager/Assistant Store In charge/Outlet Manager/Outlet in charge/Store Assistant) Duties & Responsibilities: Financial: \xc3\x98 Supervise an individual outlet. \xc3\x98 Maximize Caf\xc3\xa9 sales performance and drive profits. \xc3\x98 Sales forecasting and apportioning targets across teams. \xc3\x98 Asset & Equipment maintenance. \xc3\x98 Assuring the Timely & Accurate indent is placed for the caf\xc3\xa9. \xc3\x98 Wastage control measures. \xc3\x98 Ensuring the compliance of the SOPs on cash & all the tenders. \xc3\x98 Timely forecast of the stock in order to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe. Learning & Development Management: \xc3\x98 Retention of manpower. \xc3\x98 Motivating the team to ensure the sales target in met. \xc3\x98 Briefing the team on a daily basis to ensure the team understands the importance SOPs \xc3\x98 Ensure the team is groomed to move to the next level. \xc3\x98 Grievance handling & solving issues. \xc3\x98 Ensure the Training Certification of team members. Process Indicators: \xc3\x98 Ensuring all the documentation related to the caf\xc3\xa9 is done on time (Sales Reports/ Caf\xc3\xa9 Registers). \xc3\x98 Ensuring the Quality Audits done on day to day basis. \xc3\x98 Implementation of SOPs. \xc3\x98 Efficient utilization of the manpower by means of effective charting out the duty rooster. \xc3\x98 Integrity, cost controllable & Waste Management. \xc3\x98 Ensuring 90% score in the Management Visit Report. Customer orientation: \xc3\x98 Ensure all the Customer complaints are resolved. \xc3\x98 Analysis of Customer database complaints & drive the footfall in the cafes. \xc3\x98 Ensuring the MAST & SOPs is followed by the team in the caf\xc3\xa9 to drive customer focus. \xc3\x98 Ensuring the Training norms are met. \xc3\x98 Ensuring 90% score in the Management Visit Report. Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Salary: 916,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
