Job Summary
We are looking for a Assistant Cafe Manager to organize daily operations and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties
Her/His tasks include -
1. Scheduling shifts and attendance record for staff.
2. Monitoring daily expenses and revenues.
3. Procuring, ordering supplies and maintain records as needed.
4. Advise staff on the best ways to resolve issues with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
5. Food and cafe hygiene maintenance.
6. Nurture friendly relationships with customers to increase loyalty and boost cafe reputation.
7. Reporting everyday progress, hurdles and other cafe works to cafe owner.
To be successful in this role you should have work experience with coffee shops. Also, you should be available to work during opening hours, including weekends and some holidays.

Required skills and qualifications
1. Graduate/Diploma with good communication skills
2. Should be able to speak fluent in Odia, English.
3. Experience/knowledge of drinks preparation and proper use of coffee equipment.
4. Ability to manage and motivate team members.
Salary
As per experience and industry standards. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 915,000.00 - 923,000.00 per month Benefits:
