PENNEP is seeking a dedicated and experienced Caf\xc3\xa9 Manager to join our client\'s team and oversee the daily operations of our vibrant caf\xc3\xa9. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities
- Supervise all cafe operations, covering inventory management, procurement, and vendor relations.
- Establish and maintain efficient procedures to enhance workflow and minimize wastage.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally, aiming to exceed their expectations.
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a cohesive and motivated team.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refresh menus aligned with current trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure food and beverage offerings meet quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, adhering to food safety regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and promptly address any compliance issues.
- Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in caf\xc3\xa9 or restaurant management, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory control, cost management, and menu development.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
