Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Leadership & Supervision:



Lead, train, and motivate team members during each shift to achieve high standards of customer service, quality, and operational efficiency.

Delegate tasks appropriately, ensuring that staff members are clear on their responsibilities and duties.

Provide support and guidance to staff in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous development.

2. Operational Efficiency:



Oversee the smooth running of the restaurant during shifts, including food preparation, service, cleanliness, and inventory management.

Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety guidelines, and sanitation standards.

Ensure that food quality and presentation standards are consistently met in accordance with company policies.

Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and track stock usage to maintain appropriate stock levels and minimize waste.

3. Customer Service:



Ensure a customer-first approach by delivering outstanding service, addressing guest concerns promptly, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Ensure that all team members engage with customers professionally, efficiently, and courteously.

Handle customer complaints or concerns in a tactful and timely manner to maintain customer loyalty and satisfaction.

4. Financial Management:



Assist in monitoring the restaurant's financial performance, including managing labor costs, controlling food costs, and optimizing profitability.

Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and conduct cash reconciliation at the beginning and end of each shift.

Maintain accuracy in all transactions, including sales, refunds, and cash handling.

5. Health, Safety, and Compliance:



Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and guidelines, including food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Conduct regular safety checks, ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and manage employee health and safety protocols.

Assist with internal audits and inspections to maintain compliance with both corporate standards and local regulatory requirements.

6. Team Development:



Assist with the training and development of new hires, ensuring they understand company policies, procedures, and operational standards.

Participate in team-building activities, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Conduct regular performance reviews for team members and provide opportunities for skill development and advancement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
