Position Summary
The Cafe Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent customer service, high-quality food and beverages, and adherence to company standards. The role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate the team, manage inventory, and drive profitability while maintaining Beanlore's brand ethos.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall cafe operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and daily cash handling.
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction at all times.
Oversee coffee brewing and food preparation standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Train, mentor, and motivate cafe staff to maintain performance and service excellence.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards as per FSSAI and company guidelines.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams for promotions and local engagement activities.
Maintain staff discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred.
4 years of experience in cafe /QSR management.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Basic knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and cafe equipment is an advantage.
Proficiency in POS systems and basic MS Office tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
