a~ Supervise an individual outlet.a~ Maximize Cafe sales performance and drive profits.a~ Sales forecasting and apportioning targets across teams.a~ Asset & Equipment maintenance.a~ Assuring the Timely & Accurate indent is placed for the cafe.a~ Wastage control measures.a~ Ensuring the compliance of the SOPs on cash & all the tenders.a~ Timely forecast of the stock in order to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe.Learning & Development Management: a~ Retention of manpower.a~ Motivating the team to ensure the sales target in met.a~ Briefing the team on a daily basis to ensure the team understands the importance SOPsa~ Ensure the team is groomed to move to the next level.a~ Grievance handling & solving issues.a~ Ensure the Training Certification of team members.Process Indicators: a~ Ensuring all the documentation related to the cafe is done on time (Sales Reports/ Cafe Registers).a~ Ensuring the Quality Audits done on day to day basis.a~ Implementation of SOPs.a~ Efficient utilization of the manpower by means of effective charting out the duty rooster.a~ Integrity, cost controllable & Waste Management.a~ Ensuring 90% score in the Management Visit Report.Customer orientation: a~ Ensure all the Customer complaints are resolved.a~ Analysis of Customer database complaints & drive the footfall in the cafes.a~ Ensuring the MAST & SOPs is followed by the team in the cafe to drive customer focus.a~ Ensuring the Training norms are met.a~ Ensuring 90% score in the Management Visit Report.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: a,18,000.00 - a,22,000.00 per monthSchedule:
