A Cafe Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a cafe, including managing staff, ordering supplies, and ensuring excellent customer service. They coordinate with vendors, track finances, and maintain cleanliness.
- Work days : Wednesday to Monday (Tuesday holiday)
- First 1 month probationary hire with 2 week notice period for both parties
- Notice period after probation is 1 month unless agreed otherwise by management
- Timing : 9 am to 7 pm (on public holidays/ other busy days like the Nehru Trophy Boat Race additional hours may be required and proportionate additional pay will be provided)
- Bonus : Upon completion of 1 year, 15 day paid annual leave or can be encashed.
- Annual leaves must be approved 1 month in advance by management and cannot be utilized during the months of October to January.
- Expected joining date : Immediate
- Employment condition : Minimum 6 months of employment
Duties and responsibilities :
> Cafe management and customer relation
> Accurate billing and cash management
> Attending customer calls and orders via mobile/ whatsapp
> Customer service including taking orders and service of ordered items in a timely manner
> Accurate recording of customer orders and follow up
> Setting up/ Closure of hot and cold display products (based on shift timing)
> Purchase management - share daily purchase orders based on kitchen requirement and follow up with vendors
> Daily Expense accounting
> Stock monitoring
> Vendor Payment monitoring
> Verify vendor bills against products received
> Staff management and performance monitoring
> Must be responsible and punctual
> Have good communication skills for customer interaction

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
