Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager at The Barnyard Co. located in Ahmedabad. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and supervising staff. Additionally, the Cafe Manager will work closely with the Chef to plan menus and make adjustments as needed to improve overall restaurant operations. Qualifications Prior experience in a similar managerial role Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with team members and make effective decisions under pressure Demonstrated knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and restaurant software Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities High attention to detail and a passion for providing high-quality customer service Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred Knowledge of regional cuisine and food safety practices is a plus
