Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day cafe operations including opening/closing procedures, team briefings, and shift management
Supervise and train staff in customer service, food safety, and upselling techniques
Monitor food presentation, service speed, and guest satisfaction throughout operations
Manage inventory levels, supplier coordination, and daily stock reconciliation
Assist with menu updates, promotional execution, and brand-aligned service delivery
Ensure GST, billing, and basic compliance processes are adhered to
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and promote repeat business
Prepare shift schedules, daily sales reports, and collaborate with management on performance metrics
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cafe or quick-service restaurant supervision
Strong communication skills and a team-first leadership style
Basic understanding of P&L, cash handling, and hygiene protocols
Ability to multitask and maintain composure during peak hours
Familiarity with POS systems and inventory tracking tools
