Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet customers warmly, assist with menu selections, take orders accurately, and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.

Food & Beverage Preparation:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and food items (sandwiches, pastries) according to quality standards.

Order & Payment Processing:

Accurately input orders into the POS system and handle cash and credit card transactions.

Cleanliness & Hygiene:

Maintain clean workstations, dining areas, equipment, and restrooms; follow all health and safety regulations.

Inventory & Restocking:

Restock supplies, monitor inventory levels, and assist with ordering as needed.

Teamwork:

Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient service.

Operational Support:

Open/close the cafe, clean equipment (espresso machines, grinders), and perform other duties as assigned.
