Cad/bim Technician
Job Description
WSP is currently seeking BIM/CAD Technician - Bridges to join our Bridges group, with responsibility for implementation of the digital delivery offering at WSP for the Transportation and Infrastructure business line. Reporting to the CAD Manager, this position will give the successful applicant the opportunity to work on a variety of projects including multi-disciplinary design-bid build and alternative-delivery projects, which allows one to develop experience on coordinating with project managers and design engineers. This includes preparation of preliminary and detailed design drawings using REVIT, checking of structural drawings, calculations of quantities, review of shop drawings, and technical documentation, and other related activities.
