We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist. In this role, you will: Responsible for managing and overseeing the support activities related to the Clarity Application The role involves a combination of technical expertise, leadership skills, and customer service abilities. Coordinating with the Support team, setting priorities, and ensuring timely resolution of the Incidents and requests The Support lead acts as an escalation point for complex or critical issues related to clarity application, work with tech team to identify root causes and provide guidance and solutions to resolve incidents Ensure that all the incidents are recorded, categorized, prioritized and resolved within the agreed service level agreement (SLA) Support process improvement and publishing SLA reports for senior management . Handle multiple competing tasks and meet deadlines. Work efficiently and productively with minimal / no guidance. Coordinate application patching activities, database restore Monitor daily and weekly support tasks. Coordinate with other support team. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: Clarity Support Lead: Technical 8+ years of experience and at least 2 years of experience in leading support team. Mandatory: CA Clarity PPM (v16.1.0 and above), Oracle, PL SQL, Jaspersoft Reporting, REST API. Strong experience in development and deployment of Clarity PPM solutions including workflows, portlets, reports, and Clarity v16.1.0 - Base Configuration & Advanced Configuration. Excellent troubleshooting skills and techniques, Software lifecycle, Strong understanding of database concepts (Oracle, generic SQL). Good communication, both verbal and written, with a high level of confidence.
