About the team

This team is part of Merchant Solution group and involved in continuous development of an European omni-channel and acquiring payment solution \xe2\x80\x93 connecting and simplifying payments across all your sales channels, whether in-store, online or mobile. The product offers a secure end to end payment processing by bringing together Point of Sale, integrated payments and acquiring into one complete service. It has a capability of handling funds, managing charges & settlement across multiple currencies and caters to Merchants from multiple geographies. It services both SMB as well as Enterprise level merchants. This is a highly scalable platform that handles millions of transactions per day.

What your bring-

• Bachelor\'s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ programming and good to have JAVA programming knowledge.
• Should have a strong familiarity with Linux and experience in source code management skills like Git and effectively manage the source code, ensure version control, and facilitate team collaboration.
• Familiarity with application development tools, such as debuggers and version control systems.
• Experience in SAFe/Agile development methodology.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

What you will be doing -

Software Development: The primary role of a C/C++ developer is to develop software using C/C++ programming languages. This includes writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets project requirements. Code Optimization: Should be responsible for optimizing the code to improve its performance, reduce its memory footprint, and minimize the application\'s response time. Debugging and Troubleshooting: Need to be proficient in debugging and troubleshooting software issues that may arise during the development phase or in production. This involves identifying and fixing bugs, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring that the application is stable and reliable. System Integration: Should be responsible for integrating the application with other systems or components to ensure seamless functionality. Technical Documentation: Should be able create and maintain technical documentation that explains the design, architecture, and functionality of the application. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, such as development managers, QA, and architects, to ensure that the application meets requirements and is delivered on time. Code Review: Should be able to participate in code reviews to provide feedback on code quality, design, and architecture. Maintenance and Support: Should be responsible for maintaining and supporting the application post releases. This includes fixing bugs, adding new features, and providing production support. Continuous Improvement: Must continuously improve the quality of code and adhere to best practices to ensure that the application is reliable, efficient, and scalable. This involves following industry standards and guidelines, writing clean and maintainable code, and using modern tools and technologies.
