As a CS, you will drive sales and revenue growth for BYJU\'S products and services through new customer acquisition and account management.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients- Manage sales pipeline and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and drive business growth- 6 Days will be working days (4 days office work + 2 days field work) in a Week.Qualifications : Graduation.- Able to speak and understand in Hindi is mandatory.- Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline- 0-2 years of sales or business development experience ( Fresher and experience both preferred)- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Passion for education and technologyCompensation:CTC (after training): INR 7,00,000 - 7,50,000 per annum (4 Lakh - 4.5 Lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh incentive pay) for CS (package differs from city to city) (ref:updazz.com)
