Job Title : Business Development AssociateLocation : ChandigarhJob Overview :- As a Business Development Associate, you will be having a webinar and you will be responsible for generating revenue by implementing theoretical knowledge . You will connect with potential customers, schedule one-on-one meetings with them, and sell the courses offered by BYJU\'S. The role will involve working 6 days a week (Monday would be an off) with strict targets and a focus on achieving set performance metrics.Key Responsibilities :- Connect with potential customers and schedule one-on-one meetings with them- Generate revenue by selling courses offered by BYJU\'S- Achieve set performance metrics and targets- Adhere to the sales process and quality standards- Provide regular feedback to the manager/trainer and HR teamQualifications :- Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in any disciplinePhysical and Mental Requirements :- Ability to work for 6 days a week (Monday would be an off)- Ability to work in a target-driven environment- Strong commitment to achieving set targets and goalsSalary Range :CTC : INR 7 LPA (4 Lakh fixed pay + 3 lakh performance pay) for Inside Sales.
