Meeting Triage and Management: *Evaluate and categorize incoming negotiation meeting requests: Assess validity, alignment with company objectives, and compliance with established criteria. Categorize meetings as valid or invalid, escalating invalid requests to the appropriate authority. *Schedule and coordinate valid meetings: Manage logistics, prepare agendas, ensure availability of participants, and adhere to scheduling protocols. *Maintain accurate meeting records: Track assessments, classifications, outcomes, and action items for all negotiation meetings. Negotiation Support and Liaison:*Collaborate with the legal team: Work closely with legal counsel throughout the negotiation process, ensuring compliance with legal requirement Other details you should know before Applying: 1.
