. Bachelor with 3+ years experiences 2
. Production Purchasing experience in Automotive industry \xef\xbc\x88 EE/power supply experience preferred). 3
. Adequate technical knowledge on Electrical commodities. 4
. Strong strategic thinking in supplier base management. 5
. Strong problem-solving capabilities. 6
. Strong communication skills in English with cross functional teams. 7
. Extensive experience on supply risk management 8
. Commodity sourcing experience. Supplier strategy development experience (GCBP etc.) 9
. Comprehensive knowledge in Purchasing procedures and Program launch milestones (GPDS) 1
0. Ability to work under pressure L ocation - #Onsite 1
. Lead/Support GCT/GCST reviews and approvals for IMG program sourcing. 2
. Manage all cost changes from sourcing to launch. 3
. Represent IMG Purchasing on global commodity strategy / BUR assessment alignment; 4
. Lead regional TVM negotiation and MYA finalization. 5
. Manage regional supplier risks. 6
. Enhance healthy relationship with suppliers for mutual success on business. 7
