WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION: In this position, you will get to: Understand the drawing, and specification. Coordinate with Strategy Sourcing Teams, able to select the suitable supplier for all Electrical commodities New supplier sourcing and supplier selection. Evaluate suppliers\' quality, Capacity, Cost, technology, lead time, services, etc., and select the most suitable supply resources for the company. Negotiation and balance the needs till meet the most commercial, technical and quality target. Support SQE for PPAP approval and handle supplier NCRs for daily work. Support the local production on delivery issues. Work with Engineering & Quality Dep. and warehouse keeper to make material receiving in time as per planner schedule. Work with SQE to improve supplier performance and drive supplier to make continuous improvement. Propose technical evolutions to achieve cost reduction. Drive to reach personal and department KPI targets OTD - Supplier Quality - Cost reduction. Purchasing NoN -BOM materials / Essentials /Consumables for Production Line Awareness of Electrical raw material certifications like wires, power chords etc. Able to understand electrical drawings which include Sub parts and special instructions. 13 . Should be fluent in using ERP systems like SAP /Oracle / Syteline Should be able to analyze BOM structure Should be able to suggest alternate or equivalent parts. YOU HAVE: Academic background in Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or equivalent is mandatory. Previous experience in or with 4 - 7 years working experience in purchasing or related position of industrial product and Proficiency in ERP systems and MS office.
