Business Development Executive (IT Sales)responsibilities Growing business through identifying opportunities for business through the development of new leads and new contacts. Following up on leads and conducting research on target clients. Maintain and building fruitful relationships with both existing and new clients and address their needs effectively. Help developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals Research and identify new market opportunities. Identify potential clients and the decision maker within the client organization. Support developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business Work with team members to identify and manage risks. Plan approaches and pitches. Perform and present competitor analysis to identify areas where our company can surpass the industry\'s competitors and forge ahead to gain increased market share. Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation Foster a collaborative environment within the organization Business Development Executive requirements and qualifications Should have on-field experience in the IT Enabled Service Industry/ Software/ IT Based Solutions. Should have good connections and minimum experience of 1-3 year in IT Industry Experience in selling IT products and services to clients, B2B. Proficiency in MS Office Excellent multitasking and networking skills. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure Strong customer service skills, Intuitive and insightful Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Enthusiastic to build good relationships with people Ability to work well in a team environment Neat, well-groomed appearance.
