Role Description
Deloitte\xe2\x80\x99s Global Employer Solutions (GES) Client Technology Delivery Team (CTDT) is seeking a System Developer to help deliver Deloitte\xe2\x80\x99s GES technology enabled mobility services to meet Global Client business objectives.


Job description:


Position Needed - Looking for qualified candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience primarily focused on delivering data improvements through the required & preferred technologies (as mentioned above). The incumbent should also have an active history of data extract techniques with various data sources and formats. This candidate would also have strong data management skills and advanced database capabilities.


Required:

• Alteryx (Desktop, Server)
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel w/VBA and Power Query/Pivot, Access)
• SQL
• High aptitude to actively learn new and emerging technologies

Preferred:

• Alteryx Certification
• Informatica exposure
• Advanced SQL (T-SQL, NOSQL)

Work you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Create and execute Alteryx workflows focused with emphasis on optimizing the data lifecycle
• Identify ways to improve efficiency of our existing business processes.
• Responsible for defining business process flows and work flows.
• Coordinate application development and data automation for multiple projects concurrently
• Aid and train the team to effectively use applications and tools
• Draft technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.
• Help with ad hoc troubleshooting efforts through business process
• Technical expertise and aptitude to raise awareness of new and emerging technologies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Full time Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Engineering from reputed University
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at business and technical level of the organization
• Ability to work in a complex deadline-oriented environment and multi-task on multiple projects concurrently with little supervision.
• Ability to perform data intensive tasks and be skilled to organize the data for reporting requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of Alteryx and its applications
• Excellent data management and reconciliation skills, including ETL (extract, transform, load) knowledge and data transformation dexterity.
• SQL experience and advanced database design, querying, stored procedures, views, joins, performance management, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: MS Excel and MS Access with VBA programming (writing the code within the back of the application)
• Ability to think analytically, be a problem solver and determine the interrelationships between solutions and requirements

Work Location: Hyderabad/Gurugram/Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 08:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST
