Job Summary: The Business Analyst will be proactive, energetic, analytical, and detail-oriented and possess the professional acumen and communication skills required to interact with internal and external partners on a frequent basis. The position will complete tasks under general direction and be able to manage daily workload to meet business needs. RESPONSIBILITIES: A & B Business Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Hyderabad, Telangana. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for preparing functional requirements, feasibility studies, program specifications, user test plans, user documentation and user training plans.
  • Works on large, complex projects that have enterprise-wide impact and require subject matter expertise of multiple process improvement areas and mastery of process improvement tools.
  • Applies business and technical knowledge in determining end-to-end design requirements for projects involving multiple lines of business.
  • Works closely with business partners to determine requirements and develop functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives, and existing systems infrastructure.
  • Drives and participates in design, development, and implementation of solutions, often using various technologies that span from mainframe to mid-range to web-based systems.
  • Works closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs and test plans/scripts serving customer needs.
  • Ability to work independently on strategic issues with client, strong capability of managing complex projects.
  • Ability to participate in Onsite meetings outside of normal business hours.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer information systems or in a related field.
  • This position typically requires previous Business/Systems Analyst experience with at least 5 years.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office products required.
  • Proficiency with some collaboration tools like SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical skills including operational modeling, financial cost benefit analysis,statistical analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong process analysis and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work with personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills sufficient to create and present project plans, analysis and recommendations.
  • Proven project management skills with experience planning, coordinating, and administering projects with cross functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • USA Mortgage and/or Tax Service Industry background is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 9431,571.15 - 91,712,673.26 per year Benefits:
