  • Provide support for applications, implement applications (construct and configure), deploy changes, and do troubleshooting.
  • Innovate and proactively work to develop and support business application processes to ensure they best meet business needs.
  • Expand the solution to other business systems/business needs.
  • Participate in or lead process initiatives.
  • Provide guidance, develop, and deliver training.
  • Build long-term relationships with business partners and collaborate with geographically distributed teams.
  • Collects business requirements from key users, local owners, and business process owners, if applicable in cooperation with Product Owners for translating the functional design into technical design.
  • Define change requests in close operation with Key Users and Functional Owner and communicates/coordinate requests.
  • Lead or participate in providing technology initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems within technology business systems.
  • Contribute to the development of systems and procedures that are both cost-effective and meet the relevant business requirements.
  • Evaluate moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of planning and direction conducted to resolve complex business problems.
  • Participate in application releases, from development, testing, and deployment into production.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate moderately complex business problems and lead a team to provide comprehensive technological solutions.
  • Act as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition or improvement to re-engineer technical processes.
  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues to provide technological solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
  • A broad understanding of enterprise application, integration technologies, and software development methodologies.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Flows and platform events and integrations.
  • Strong customer service skills, which include a sense of urgency, ability to complete duties quickly and efficiently, impeccable attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Has the ability to operate without direct supervision.
  • Must be willing to work on multiple tasks in parallel and be able to prioritize tasks.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to take on additional responsibilities as required according to business needs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Proficiency in English; verbal and written
  • 3+ years of Agile experience
  • 5+ years of Salesforce admin/support experience
  • Salesforce Admin Certified (Nice to have: Advanced Admin)
  • Sales Cloud, Services Cloud, CPQ Cloud, or Billing certified
