Reporting to the Associate Director Enterprise Application Architecture, this role will be a part of the Global Digital Operations team and help lead our digital transformation efforts. This individual will be a member of the Enterprise Architecture team that is responsible for leading efforts to align business capabilities and product value delivery to our enterprise strategies, technology roadmap, and digital transformation. Our team's purpose, as a part of the Enterprise Architecture team, is to accelerate delivery of digital strategy, drive consistent technology use, support transformation strategy and provide adaptable architecture through continuous technology improvement.

This individual will unite our business strategy and technology transformation to drive business outcomes to develop value streams and roadmaps to bridge business capabilities to achieve.

Experience:5 to 8 years
Primary Responsibilities:
A Business Analyst who is quite familiar with multiple application portfolios but strong in at least one portfolio(Digital Commerce/Ecommerce/Mobile Commerce/Web Portal/Portal Platform OR ERP/SAP/SAP4 HANA OR CRM/Salesforce/MS Dynamics Platform).

• “Application Portfolio Management” practice to deliver enterprise architecture capabilities and insights
• Structured business process & methodology for capturing and documenting inputs from key business and IT stakeholders
• Documenting business functions, identifying customer-facing and supplier-related processes and systems, and roles, resources, and controls involved
• Documenting and understanding the relationships among applications, roles, capabilities, and business units
• Working with ServiceNow platform, including the Common Services Delivery Model and IT Business Management suite (Application Portfolio Management)
• This Individual identifies emerging risks that stem from business activities
• Ensures risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled.
• Power BI development of medium to complex dashboards
• Designing dashboards involving large data sets and multiple source systems
• Good hand-on exposure to report publishing and security management in Power BI

Competencies:

• Experience working with large Modernization projects
• Experience with Business Information conceptual and logical data modeling
• Working with Agile delivery methodologies
• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of information governance practices and standards

• Agile methodologies
• Experience in SSAS
• Any exposure to Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Certifications for Power BI
• Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and with peers
• Ability to self-start and effectively operate within a complex and dynamic environment.
