We are currently seeking a Business System Analyst I who will be responsible for automation testing. Your responsibilities as a Business Analyst include: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, developing new features, and improving the existing ones to increase the functionality of Salesforce and its applications. Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform evolving requirements into working applications that meet the business and usability needs. Work in partnership with business stakeholders to understand and document their business processes, issues, challenges, and opportunities. Ownership of small to large sized projects, driving the projects to completion while ensuring process adherence and business success. Provide critical support to end users including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis. Understand integration points with other systems that interface with Beckman.com and minimize ripple effects during development. Support projects and initiatives. Your experience/skills will include : Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field of study. Experience working in Agile framework with proven planning and organizational skills. Hands-on experience in providing production support to business systems is a must. Strong analytical and data-driven approach to provide solutions, hands on troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Strong capability to deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges. High productivity, strong work ethics, commitment to meeting deadlines and to make steady progress on long-term projects without the need for \'fire drills\' or last-minute panic. Highly self-motivating and able to work without supervision since this is a flexible work-from-home position on a global team with global management. Ability and skills to work asynchronously, using online collaboration and work management tools to maximize productivity and value-add to the business while minimizing interruptions to work. Ability to drive towards a solution even when there is some business ambiguity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a global environment (in English), with both technical and non-technical team members and business users around the world. Outstanding understanding of new and existing technological capabilities in Salesforce and other IT solutions and ability to apply solutions within Videojet. Programming and/or SQL-related coding experience, and other CRM or ERP experience would be advantageous. Sitecore experience would be a plus.
