Maintain, update, and manage internal databases for trainers, clients, and training programs.
Ensure data accuracy across platforms and tools (Excel, CRM, internal software, etc.).
Create and share regular reports on trainer availability, engagement, and performance metrics.
Track and archive documents such as trainer contracts, feedback reports, and session records.
2. Trainer Sourcing
Identify, reach out, and onboard qualified trainers for various training categories (technical, behavioral, functional).
Use platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Upwork, or internal references for sourcing trainers.
Maintain a pool of active, verified trainers mapped by domain expertise and availability.
Coordinate initial screening, capability checks, and documentation with trainers.
3. Coordination & Support
Work closely with the operations and delivery team to match trainers with client training requirements.
Liaise with trainers for availability, session planning, documentation, and post-session follow-ups.
Support the sales/pre-sales team with trainer profiles and bios during client proposals.
Skills and Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with experience in learning and development and training operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and working knowledge of CRMs or project management tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-task efficiently.
