Document Management:
Organizing and maintaining files, both physical and electronic, and assisting with the creation and revision of documents.
Communication Coordination:
Serving as a point of contact for internal and external communication, including managing emails, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Financial Support:
Assisting with processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports, as well as maintaining financial records.
