The Business Support Analyst will report to the Team Lead, CPQ Support As a Business Support System Analyst within the Sales Automation team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting System Tasks, Initiatives, and Projects that support our Go To Market and Sales Execution Strategy.

Responsibilities/What You'll Do

? Should be well versed with product configuration , product rules , price rules and approval rules.

? Responsible for handling CPQ L2 ticket queue and ensuring resolution of tickets within SLA

? Will be owning operational CR's (Change Requests) as and when requested by business for CPQ configuration changes and to fix production issues

? Coordinate with cross functional teams like deal desk , BSA, and dev team to fix issues.

? Good to have CPQ certification and knowledge on APEX and QCP.

Should have SFDC admin experience and hands on experience with Validation Rules, Workflows, Flows , Process builder

Qualifications

3+ Years of Salesforce CPQ admin experience
