Introduction: Globalfoundries Global Business Strategy and Planning group (BS&P) is looking for an experienced and highly motivated digitization program manager to drive digitization of our data and workflows. The position will define, organize, drive, & train the digital transformation solutions. Essential Responsibilities: Responsible to work with various business partners to define not only the digital solution but also standardize the business process Responsible for driving the solution across the organization Leverage business process knowledge and expertise in digital solutions to drive business process improvements Translate existing solutions, spreadsheets, and business problems into easily digestible digital solutions for our developers Define Methodology, Standards & Best practices, establish governance and end to end solution architecture across the digital platforms Provide direction and leadership in promoting and implementing best practice solutions (business processes and application functionality) Participate and/or lead Data Integration and Migration Solutions Participate and/or lead UAT testing and deployment Be part of building a larger digital team developing internal enablement programs Required Qualifications: 6-10 years of driving operational improvements through digital transformations Strong expertise and understanding of multi-dimensional modeling Proven knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology - requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (agile methodology) Understanding of data/integration both inbound as well as outbound with various source systems (ERP, CRM, APS, etc.) Passion for business analytics, modeling and planning Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong systems aptitude, able to identify opportunities to leverage technology as an efficiency enabler Ability to interface and communicate effectively with all levels of employees, management, and diverse audiences Possesses strong influencing, coaching, communication and facilitative skills Proven project management skills including oversight of project teams, resource identification, budgets, scheduling and planning Flexibility to travel as needed to worldwide GLOBALFOUNDRIES facilities ( Preferred Qualifications: An advanced degree (MSc, MEng, MBA or PhD) in Information Technology, Information Management, Business Administration / Finance, or Engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical preferred) Working experience in a multi-cultural environment across different time zones Anaplan Certified Model Builder PowerBI Certified Scrum Certified GlobalFoundries is an equal opportunity employer, cultivating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
