Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

In a matrix organization, this role will be accountable to both the Acceleration Center (AC) Leadership team and the US E&C Strategy & Operations Leader (and US E&C leadership), will work closely with the US E&C AC Strategy & Delivery Director and will partner closely with the Acceleration Center Solutions Team (ACST). This role will work closely with this team to execute against defined operational priorities. This role will oversee a range of transition workstreams into the AC and then business-as-usual operations thereafter, which will require someone who can manage a number of US stakeholders and multiple AC E&C sub functions. In addition, demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts including but not limited to:
  • Collaborating with US E&C leadership to create vision, set goals, define objectives, assign priorities, and drive execution. Monitor measurement of progress against defined goals;
  • Coordinating with US E&C leadership on financial planning, forecasting, and budget monitoring across AC E&C sub functions;
  • Coordinating with US E&C leadership on workforce planning, recruiting, headcount and table of organization monitoring across AC E&C sub functions;
  • Providing regular progress updates on team utilization, stakeholder feedback, SLA\xe2\x80\x99s and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s (as applicable);
  • Escalating risks and issues, business continuity and proactive management of any issues which may arise;
  • Driving both teaming and integration across all AC E&C sub functions, the broader AC office, other AC locations as applicable, and US E&C teams;
  • Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures and appropriate governance arrangements (as applicable) in coordination with US E&C Strategy & Operations team;
  • Identifying areas for new opportunities and synergies within existing service to create value propositions;
  • Looking for opportunities to scale efficiencies and improve and evolve new ways of working across multiple projects and environments;
  • Working with US stakeholders to define transition plans for new work, including defining the approach to recruitment / onboarding, training / knowledge transfer, ramp-up strategy, cut over and stabilization of new work;
  • Working with the People team and US E&C leadership to design and implement succession planning strategy aligned with firm goals and objectives to help people realize their potential and support their long-term aspirations;
  • Creating an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart;
  • Promoting and encouraging others to value difference when working in diverse teams;
