The Software Quality Engineer works on technical challenges and facilitates collaborative efforts within the scrum team and across product teams, in support of the frequent delivery of quality software to the customer.

R&D Engineer - Software Development Engineer in Testing

for

Enterprise Software R&D Unit

you will be a part of the respective local department but also report to the R&D Team Manager.

How You'll Make an Impact:

To develop and execute test plans to ensure that all objectives are met. To test software features and systems to determine success in achieving the intended designs and outcomes To implement and monitor test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product and identify and remedy defects within the production process. Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are upheld. Compile and analyze statistical data. To ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process and draft quality assurance policies and procedures. Investigate customer complaints and product issues. Ensure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements. Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background:

Required bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field with 5 to 8 years' experience in Automation of test scenarios. Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications, analytical and problem-solving skills. Hands On Experience in Software's - Appium/Mobile Automation/Test Planning/Test Cases/Manual Test Execution/Jira/Zephyr Scale/Selenium. Expert Knowledge of programming language C, Java, Python. Meticulous attention to detail. Knowledge of the following will be a plus - SQL/XML/Json/Postman/Excellent Verbal and Writing Skills Good database skills with knowledge of SQL & Postgres.
