The Functional Analyst/Business Process Specialist will primarily be responsible for documenting and updating all Standard Operating Procedures, Desk Guides, Job Aids, Workflows, and other required documentation, making sure these documents are kept up-to-date and accessible for all team members. Poactively identifying operational inefficiencies in the processes, updating them, and training the team on new processes accordingly. Monitoring case workflow (input, triage, and output) and time to resolve; identifying potential reasons for any hindrances or delays to the flow of cases; documenting current issues and workarounds and ensuring the team is aware of how to appropriately resolve cases.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Process & System

- Analyzes common user needs to determine functional requirements

- Responds to user requests for common system needs

- Performs technical assessments aimed at improving current systems

- Researches, identifies, and recommends resources required for task execution and completion.

- Provides analysis and the development of business and functional requirements for small to mid-scale initiatives.

- Identifies emerging relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes and systems.

- Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and provide inputs to training materials.

- Performs functional testing of various systems.

- Benchmarks industry best practices to measure organization's position.

- End-to-end ownership of assigned initiatives through implementation.

- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.

Data Analysis

- Analyzes candidate and client data to draw insights

- Put process and systems in place to gather requisite data and drive actions

- Share timely reports and dashboard with key decision makers

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's OR Master's Degree

- At least 2+ years of relevant experience.

Other Job Specific Skills

- Strong analytical ability, Proficient in advanced MS Excel, able to build analytical models

- Experience utilizing SQL/VBA.

- Excellent analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Self-starter and able to follow guidance given for completing assigned projects.

- Ability to effectively communicate analyzed data, resulting reports and supporting logic.

- Robust oral and written communication skills.

- Experience in having primary responsibility for individual projects and systems..

- General understanding of business process configuration and process flows.
